Experience
Nathan first joined Static Media in 2021, writing for brands such as Looper and SVG, and then moved to Slash Gear in 2022 to provide specialist video game articles. Before that, he worked as a freelance writer covering the gaming industry for a wide array of sites, including The Independent, Pop Geeks, Cultured Vultures, and Screen Rant — contributing reviews, news, features, and guides. He has also spent more than a year working as an editor for CBR between 2019 and 2020, where he managed a team of more than 20 writers.
Education
Nathan attended Teesside University and graduated in 2012 with a BSc in Psychology, learning a lot about long-form writing and critical thinking along the way.
